My life has two birthdays.
The first is the day I arrived on this earth.
The second is the day emergency ileostomy surgery saved—and reset—my life.

For much of my adult life, I struggled with food, self-worth, and mental health. I know what it feels like to be disconnected from your own body, isolated in your experience, and unsure where you belong. I also know what it takes to move through that place—to rebuild trust with yourself, to soften while growing stronger, and to become more fully you.

Feed & Flourish Co. was born from that second birthday.

At its core, Feed & Flourish Co. exists to nourish body, mind, and spirit through inclusive food and intentional community. Everything we create—whether it’s a Safe Spoon allergy-friendly snack box, a thoughtful workshop where connections are made, or an event that invites you to reconnect with your inner child—is designed to help people move from isolation and disconnection to feeling confident, supported, and deeply nourished.

Because healing happens in many different ways and at many different tables and everyone deserves a seat.

Purpose

At Feed & Flourish Co., we nourish body, mind, and spirit through inclusive food and intentional community. We aim to help people move from isolation and disconnection to feeling confident, supported, and deeply nourished as they grow into the fullest version of themselves.

Good things are meant to be shared.

Feed & Flourish Co. shows up on social media — and we grow most meaningfully through word of mouth.

When someone shares this space with someone they care about, we want to acknowledge that generosity in a tangible way.

How passing it forward works

You may receive one of our cards at an event, or find one tucked into a box.
That card includes a code.

When it’s used:

  • The person who received the card gets $10 in Community Credit

  • The person who shared it also receives $10 in Community Credit

Community Credit can be used toward:

  • Events & gatherings

  • Boxes or add-ons

  • Any Feed & Flourish offering

It’s our way of keeping care circulating.
